## Acceptance of terms

By opening an account or using the Horwick platform you agree to these Terms of Service, our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy) and our [Conflicts of Interest Policy](/legal/conflicts-of-interest). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

## Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and not be resident in a restricted jurisdiction. You must complete identity verification under our [AML & KYC Policy](/legal/aml-kyc) before trading.

## Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at [support@horwick.com](mailto:support@horwick.com) if you suspect unauthorised access.

### Account types

We offer Starter, Trader and Pro accounts. Minimum deposits, fees and features are published on the [homepage](/#accounts) and may change with notice.

## Trading and orders

Orders are executed on a best-execution basis. Prices shown are indicative until an order is filled. We may reject or cancel orders that are erroneous, exceed limits or breach these terms.

## Fees

Trading fees, spreads and any other charges are disclosed before you place an order. There is no account maintenance fee.

## Client assets

Client funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from Horwick's own operating funds. Horwick cannot lend, pledge or use client assets for its own purposes.

## Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits must come from accounts or wallets in your own name. Withdrawals are sent to the verified source you used to deposit, unless we agree otherwise after additional checks.

## Risk disclosure

Trading virtual assets and CFDs involves significant risk. Prices can be highly volatile and you may lose all of your invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

## Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if required by law or regulators, if we suspect fraud or market abuse, or if you breach these terms. You can close your account at any time.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Horwick is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

## Changes and contact

We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Questions about these terms can be sent via the [Contact page](/contact).
